Do readings move to MEDRA automatically?

Only for devices marked "MEDRA Direct Connection Verified". Other devices work with the manufacturer app, and you can enter readings manually in MEDRA.

Does buying a device include medical follow-up?

No. Buying a device does not include ongoing medical supervision. Clinical follow-up is a separate service (MEDRA CARE) delivered by a participating licensed healthcare organization.

Are glucose test strips included?

Extra test strips and lancets are separate products. Box contents are as supplied by the manufacturer.

How do I pay?

After you place the order, our team contacts you to confirm it and send the available payment options. No order is shown as paid until payment is verified.

Can family members see my readings?

Only if you allow it. Readings belong to their owner and sharing requires consent.

When is the MEDRA app available?

The app is launching soon. Google Play and App Store links go live as soon as it is officially published.
