The product

MEDRA FAMILY is a smart health ID card with an NFC chip and QR code that open an emergency page showing the information chosen by the card holder. The card is not a medical device and does not diagnose, monitor health or alert anyone automatically.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals, with VAT and shipping clearly stated before you confirm. An order is accepted once confirmed by our team and payment is received.

Service and renewal

The package price includes the cards and activation of their linked health profiles. Any renewal fees or additional services will be announced clearly before they apply, and nothing is charged automatically.

Delivery

Delivery within 3–7 business days in Saudi Arabia after order confirmation.

Activation and information

The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of information, for obtaining adult members’ consent, and for managing minors’ profiles as their legal guardian.

Replacement and cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Cards damaged on arrival are replaced after contacting us. Lost cards can be deactivated instantly from the account.

Compatibility

NFC reading depends on phone support. The QR code is always available as an alternative.
