Troubleshooting
The device does not appear when pairing
Make sure Bluetooth and location services (required on Android) are on, keep the device close to the phone, and restart pairing mode as described in the manufacturer manual.
The reading is in the manufacturer app but not in MEDRA
That is expected for devices marked "Manufacturer App Only". Enter the reading manually in MEDRA until a verified direct connection is announced.
Does the cellular scale work with my phone?
No. The cellular scale connects over the mobile network and requires cellular provisioning and a data-delivery integration; it does not pair over Bluetooth.
Which Contour Next version connects?
Connection capabilities can differ between Contour Next variants. Check the model name on the device and box before pairing.
