Prices and orders
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals, with VAT and shipping made clear before you confirm. An order is accepted after our team confirms it and payment is verified. Some prices may be provisional before launch.
Availability
Direct purchase of a device is enabled only after stock is confirmed, its regulatory status is verified and its marketing information is approved. You can ask about unavailable devices on WhatsApp.
Shipping
We ship to the countries listed at checkout; shipping fees are calculated before you confirm.
Warranty
Devices carry the manufacturer warranty through the authorized distributor; the warranty period is stated on the invoice.
Returns
Unused devices in their original sealed box can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened supplies (such as strips and lancets) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns are handled by customer service.
App and subscriptions
Digital subscriptions are optional and separate from device purchases, and do not include physician care unless delivered through a participating licensed healthcare provider. Nothing is charged automatically.
Medical notice
Devices are for recording measurements at home and do not replace a doctor's advice. Neither the devices nor the app send automatic alerts to emergency services. In an emergency call 997.
Data
We keep marketing order data separate from health readings and process data under our privacy policy and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
